At Roibase, eight years taught us this: choosing the tool is easy; building the integration pattern is hard. Our team: 12 people, 3 time zones, async-first discipline. Linear: Not a Single Source of Truth, but Decision Flow Management

Slack: The Async-First Enforcer
Using Slack as real-time chat is undisciplined. We architected it as an async-first enforcer. Rule: Slack messages expect response in 4 hours, not urgently, unless @channel is used. That mention means 30 minutes.
